نمونه درخواست کمک هزینه مالی از Coursera
کورسرا یکی از پلتفرم های خوب و مهم برای یادگیری آنلاینه که میشه گفت دوره های معتبری رو از دانشگاه ها و موسسه های خصوصی ارائه میده. در این پست قصد دارم درمورد گرفتن Financial aid از کورسرا صحبت کنم و چند نمونه درخواست رو با هم بررسی کنیم.
اگه آشنایی کافی با کورسرا ندارید یا درمورد انواع دوره ها و نحوه ثبت نام در دوره ها نمیدونید، پیشنهاد میکنم اول مقاله زیر رو مطالعه کنید.
کورسرا: بهترین دانشگاه‌های دنیا، آموزش، مدرک؛ مجانی!
اکثر دوره ها در کورسرا گزینه Audit for free رو دارند، یعنی شما میتونید به صورت رایگان به محتوای آموزشی اون دوره دسترسی داشته باشید. اما اگه به مدرک اون دوره نیاز داشته باشید باید هزینه دوره رو پرداخت کنید. راه حل جایگزین درخواست کمک هزینه مالی برای ثبت نام در دوره است. به این صورت که درخواست شما طی 15 روز بررسی میشه و براساس متن درخواست شما تعیین میشه آیا میتونن به شما کمک هزینه ای برای شرکت در اون دوره اختصاص بدن یا خیر. بعد از گرفتن کمک هزینه مالی که میتونه بخشی یا تمام هزینه دوره رو پوشش بده شما میتونید به دوره دسترسی داشته باشید و مدرک خودتون رو بعد از پایان دوره دریافت کنید.
درخواست کمک هزینه مالی شامل یک سری اطلاعات خصوصی و دو سوال مهم است که این دو پاسخ میتونه تعیین کننده قبول یا رد شدن درخواست شما باشه. در این پست پاسخ این دو سوال رو با هم بررسی میکنیم.
Why are you applying for Financial Aid?
در پاسخ این سوال باید موارد زیر رو مطرح کنید:
- یه معرفی از خودتون داشته باشید مثل رشته تحصیلی، کشور و …
- درمورد اهدافی که دارید و ارتباطش با این دوره مختصر توضیح بدید.
- در مورد دلیل انتخاب این دوره توضیح بدید و مختصری در مورد مزیت های دوره انتخابی و داشتن گواهینامه توضیح بدید.
- مختصر درمورد برنامه ای که برای دوره موردنظر دارید توضیح دهید.
اگر دانشجو هستید:
- درمورد دانشگاه و مقطع تحصیلی فعلی تون توضیح بدید و این نکته رو مطرح کنید که منبع درآمدی ندارید.
- درمورد وضعیت اقتصادی خانواده تون توضیح بدید و بگید که سطح درآمد خانواده به گونه ای نیست که بتونید از پس مخارج این دوره ها بربیاد.
اگر شاغل هستند:
- درمورد وضعیت اشتغال تون بگید و اینکه درتلاش هستید که در جایگاه شغلی تون ترفیع بگیرید.
- درمورد وضعیت مالی تون و مسائل جانبی که در توانایی شما در پرداخت هزینه دوره تاثیرگذار بوده مثل تحریم ها، ارزش پول ایران، عدم وجود دسترسی به Paypal و …

I’m a computer science student from Iran and I’m willing to learn Machine Learning. My journey to Machine Learning started four months ago when I was searching for AI applications. It was an interesting topic to be excited about. Subsequently, I took an introduction to Machine Learning course. However, I’ve been exposed to this science for only four months, it becomes my real passion in computer science. So, I finally found out which industry I want to participate in, Machine Learning. This course seems to be extremely useful to make good progress in Machine Learning. As I said so far, I’m a full-time student, and live only for my scholarship. I have no job to afford the certificate of this course. Financial Aid will help me to take this course without any pressure on my daily life. I believe we should invest in ourselves and our knowledge every day. The investment consists of time and money. Although I’m well aware of the value of these courses, my financial condition made me say that the only thing that I could invest is my time. I’ve already planned to spend enough time on each part of this course to make the most out of it.
I also intent to actively participate in the course discussions which are so helpful to supplement my learning process. As I always try to concentrate on my goals, I spend plenty of time on each topic of the course and do my best to complete the course on or before time. Coursera could give me a growth opportunity in this industry by providing me the financial aid.
مثال درخواست یک شاغل
I’m a back-end developer from Iran who is eagerly learning all the time. I studied chemical engineering in university with a massive desire for programming. In the second year of university, I started to learn how to code. Since I knew almost nothing about programming, I had to put a huge effort into what I wanted to do, which was programming. It was such a new world to me, a new way of looking at everything. So difficult, but I’m honor to say I did it. Eventually, I succeeded to gain enough skills to work as a mid-level programmer. One of the reasons that programming has attracted my passion is its need to learn constantly. Although I have a good job, I highly believe I should learn new things to survive in this industry. Nowadays, what I spend most of the time on is Cryptocurrency Technologies.
Throughout my googling for a good course, I realized that Coursera has a useful one. But I live in Iran and as you might know, the U.S sanctions make it too difficult for us to pay in the dollar. unfortunately, Iran’s economy is declining which has caused the value of our currency to drop in a way that $90 cost becomes relatively high for Iranian people. Honestly, if I exchange my income to the dollar is becomes something around $7000 per year.
I highly believe education is the most important investment for each individual. If there had been a way for me to afford this course and its certificate, absolutely I would have paid it and started the course soon. But this is so hard for me to pay in dollar right now. I hope this situation would end soon. Financial aid will help me to learn about cryptocurrency as I want to work in this industry more.
I’m glad to say I’ve already planned to earn a strong grade in the course. According to the course details, I intent to put aside 1 hour every day to ensure that I complete all the course materials thoroughly.
How will taking this course help you achieve your career goals?
در پاسخ این سوال باید موارد زیر رو مطرح کنید:
- در سوال قبل درمورد اهدافی که در زمینه شغلی و آکادمی دارید مختصرا توضیح دادید. آن موارد را در این سوال گسترش دهید.
- درخصوص ارتباط دوره مدنظر با هدف تون توضیح بدید.
- اگر این دوره رو برای یه درس دانشگاهی یا نوشتن مقاله ای نیاز دارید، حتما این موضوع رو مطرح کنید.
- درمورد انگیزه اصلی گذروندن این دوره کمی صحبت کنید.
- از تاثیر گواهی نامه دوره روی رزومه و امکان ترفیع صحبت کنید.
- از پلن هاتون برای این دوره بگید. مثلا این که قصد دارید چند ساعت در هفته به این دوره اختصاص بدید و …
- در میان توضیحات تون سعی کنید از سیلابس های دوره و نقش شون در اهداف شما صحبت کنید.

The computer science discipline requires constant learning. The technology world changes rapidly and people who participated in this world need to learn all the time. In fact, Iran’s technology industry is competitive as other countries, so I’m in demand to get to know new technologies or improve my previous knowledge, just to survive it.
I believe a good and deep understanding of software architecture is crucial to any back-end developers. I’ve been working on this for several months. I took some classes to get to know this topic and used other’s experience to increase my knowledge. I also searched for good international classes and finally, I came up with Coursera and its complete courses regarding software architecture.Although I’ve been studying software architecture for several months, I found this course very helpful to gain a well understanding of this topic. I’ve already done something in serverless architecture, but the best practices are what I mostly need to aware of.Coursera has helped me a lot during my improvement. As a matter of fact, a verified certificate that I would receive from the course will boost the credibility of my resume.

- متن های نوشته شده فقط به دلیل اینکه شما بتونید بهتر ایده بگیرید به این شکل طولانی هستند. درصورتی که طبق خود سایت کورسرا 150 کلمه حداقل هست.
- پیشنهاد میدم از مثال های موجود فقط برای ایده گرفتن استفاده کنید و مستقیم همین ها رو کپی نکنید.
- اگه اشکال گرامری یا لغت وجود داره، به بزرگی خودتون ببخشید. سواد رایتینگ من کمه.
